If you have a concern about our products or services, we want to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Collingwood Insurance Services (UK) Ltd. ("CISL") handles policy related complaints on behalf of Collingwood Insurance Company Limited. Collingwood Business Solutions Ltd. ("CBSL") handles claims related complaints on behalf of Collingwood Insurance Company Limited.

Please contact CISL or CBSL using the details below so your complaint can be reviewed promptly.

CISL or CBSL will acknowledge your complaint and keep you informed as they work to resolve it in line with regulatory requirements.

We ensure all complaints are handled fairly and a final response will normally be issued within 8 weeks, together with information about your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), free of charge.
